My Story
For years, I believed success required constant effort and sacrifice.
Long hours. Endless pressure. Pushing harder every year.
Like many founders, I assumed that building a serious business required living in a constant state of urgency.
Then something unexpected happened.
When I began prioritizing rest, trusting my intuition, and delegating more intentionally, my business began growing faster than ever before.
Today our company generates over $14 million annually and continues growing toward $20 million, after shifting away from constant hustle toward a more aligned way of building and leading.
That experience changed how I think about leadership.
And it inspired the creation of this circle.
Because I realized something powerful:
Success does not need to come at the cost of our energy, our health, or our lives.

We spend the day on the water combining mastermind conversations with moments to relax, swim, reflect, and reconnect.

Some of the most meaningful insights happen in moments like these. Not in conference rooms, but surrounded by the ocean with women walking the same path.

While our quarterly retreats create powerful moments of connection, the circle continues throughout the year.

We are currently inviting the 12 founding members.
Participation in the circle is intentionally curated
Each member is selected to ensure the group remains aligned in ambition, values, and stage of growth.
Once the 12 founding seats are filled, enrollment will close.
The founding circle is expected to fill primarily through personal invitations and referrals within our network of law firm founders.
